Job Description
Account Holder a role in Commercial Area
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Represent in South America to a specific account portfolio,
including both international and domestic airlines, consistent with the
mission of being the most professional and respected supplier
* To be part of the Sales Commercial Team representing as one of the
principles point of contact for a specific portfolio of South America
Airline Customers reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
* To support the Commercial Manager to achieve profitability of a
portfolio of locations where the company has a marketing presence.
* To negotiates airline sales contracts and ad-hoc flights including
price structure, credit and payment arrangements, terms and conditions
within corporate policies and guidelines.
* To initiates and develops business with existing and new customers
through various pricing mechanisms including fixed-price deals, spot
transactions, Platts, and futures related formulas
* To manage sales contract and sales back office routine activities
like: getting client’s financial information, disseminating tender results
via the Tender Debrief, preparing Credit Limit Approval, managing client’s
payment performance and Sterling Card in Brazil and Chile , preparing sales
control spreadsheets, asking and sending fuel releases. Having interaction
with financial, operational and accounting areas.
Experience:
· 5 years experience in sales and preferable with 3 years experience
in the aviation industry.
· Have very good CRM skills in order to improve our relationship
with current customers and develop new ones.
· Have financial skills to negotiate and to manage prices, margins
and the contracts
· Business oriented focused in our goals.
· Be available for travelling 15% of his/her time
Education:
· College Degree ideally in the areas of Sales & Marketing
(Business-to-Business negotiations); Supply & Logistics and Trading
· Fluent in English (required)
