Working experience: 3 ~ 5 years experience in telecom fields (wireless).
Necessary knowledge and skills:
Skills & Abilities:

3. High ability of communicating, organization and cooperation in multi-culture working environment
4. English level reaches the working language standard.
5. Good Microsoft Office skill, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge:
1. Have basic and wide knowledge of telecom network and equipments.
2. Have basic knowledge of international marketing and sales business, including commercial knowledge.
3. Project management knowledge and skills.
4. Good understanding of the telecom equipment market.

Radio Network Planning Manager
Position Responsibility:
1. Accountable for implementation & Post-sale relationship related RF with key accounts of Huawei;
2. Ensure aspects of project in order to network acceptance, comply with customer requirements through project delivery;
3. Project budget elaboration, execution and Profitability;
4. Resource management, technical supervision and customer service;
5. Experience on customer relationship maintenance, with ability to identify customer needs and translate it to action plan & risk analysis.
6. Assist and manage in RNP consultancy or outsourcing services for Post-sale;
7. Leader of RNP team for important GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax Post-sale Project in SSAR;
8. High Level Customer Communications and Requirement grasp to increase customer satisfaction and confidence;9.
9. High level consultation about RF part in wireless communication filed.
Requirements:
1. M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent;
2. At least 8 years of RF planning/optimization and engineering experience, and must be familiar with the fundamentals of GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/Wimax systems;
3. At least 3 years management experience;
4. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment;
5. Ability to meet and understand customers and customer needs;
6. Willing to travel with short noticed;
7. Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures;
8. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills;
9. Fluent oral and written English, Portuguese. Spanish is prefer.

Radio Network Planning Pre-sale Engineer
Position Responsibility:
1. Support sales, technical sales and marketing in bidding and communication with High level customers on RNP (Radio Network Planning) and RNO (Radio Network Optimization) issues, and Provide RNP solutions for SSAR wireless Presale project.
2. Assist and manage in RNP consultancy or outsourcing services for Presale;
3. Leader of RNP team for important GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax Presale Project in SSAR;
4. High Level Customer Communications and Requirement grasp to increase customer satisfaction and confidence;5.
5. High level consultation about RF part in wireless communication filed.
Requirements:
1. M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent;

- Fluent English;

- Knowledge of main operators in Brazil (TIM, Claro, Embratel and Oi will be appreciated);
- Knowledge in Bidding processes from the beginning to the end(RFP, RFI, RFQ);
- Expertise in Power Point, Excel, Visio, Project and other MS tools;
- Spanish will be appreciated;
- Experience in Telecommunication market of at least three years (working);
- Available to live in Rio de Janeiro and for travels.
Job Description:
- Responsible for interface with main Operators in Brazil (TIM, Claro, Oi and Embratel);
- Responsible to have the own channel of relationship inside the Carriers;
- Responsible for Technical Presentations;
- Responsible to answer bidding of solutions according portfolio (Platforms);
- Responsible to design the solutions including commissioning;
- Responsible to do promotion planning of the solutions;
- Responsible to look for opportunities inside the customer;
- Responsible for commercial proposal of the solutions.
