Senior Product Manager,

Description
- Responsible for developing the sales pipeline and qualify the business
opportunity in multimedia product/solution portfolio.

- Business Development for BSS / SI solutions, understand the market trend
(e.g. Converged Charging / Billing, BSS, ) and customer requirements /
concerns /key issues, and can generate the Key Selling Point/Argument &
Selling Strategy.

- Works with customer division/business unit managers and middle level
managers on future business issues that impact multiple functional areas
especially in IT, Data, VAS, Marketing departments. Recognized by customer
as a strategic advisor.

- Manage the Multimedia solution effectively and must be knowledgeable about
responsible solutions, products and features, and must be willing to learn
other related areas surrounding the solution.

- To be attuned to new business opportunities, issues, customers feedback
and to communicate these back to product units.

- Co-ordinate and minute regular meetings with customers covering new
products, services, customer concerns and functional requirements etc.

- Coordinate with SI delivery department for systems integration and project
issues.
- Work with and manage 3rd parties who provide components and/or services as
part of our total solution from Customer Buy-In to Contract Execution phase.

Qualifications
- Bachelor (undergraduate) or Master(graduate) degree in Computer
Science/Telecommunications

- Business Knowledge: telecom market trends, communications
industry-specific technology and directions. Ability to map technology to
business solution

- Knowledge of Telecom Architectures (e.g. 3GPP, Parlay, OMA, e-TOM, ITIL ),
Standards, Telecom industry requirements and Telecom deployment project
lifecycle

- Strong understanding of eTOM and VAS domain and its practical implications
with hands-on experience on business processes reengineering in an Operator
environment an advantage is the plus.

- Experience to play Consultant/Business Analyst/Solution Architect roles in
project for technical architecture and operator business process (billing,
provisioning, network management, service delivery) is the plus.

- Experience in Project Manager for SI & Software Development type project
with >10 team members is the plus.

- >5 years experiences in Global company like HP, IBM, Accenture, Convergys,
Amdocs, etc is the plus.

- >have a good and strong relationship with Operators, like VIVO, Oi, TIM is
the plus.
