Position : Business Development Manager of Brazil Market

The Company has established itself as a technician preferred, diagnostics solution provider within the worldwide automotive aftermarket. Our past success has not slowed our vision to build market share and sales with new products, and to continually identify future diagnostic opportunities that improve technician’s productivity to fix vehicles.    

The Business Development Manager will be a key team member responsible for increasing the the Company´s brand presence in assigned markets and in growing sales of the Company diagnostic product lines in the Brasil automotive aftermarket. 

Overview of Key Position Responsibilities

·         Drive profitable sales of Automotive Diagnostic Tools by developing a business plan that matches local customer needs to product offerings

·         Target and educate new customers on the value proposition Autel provides while continuing to work with existing customers

·         Provide exceptional field level sales and service support

·         Communicate and work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations and Engineering/Product Management) and be the Voice of the Customer

·         Be aware of industry and competitive activities

·         Create and maintain customer account plans

·         Develop and present customer presentations

·         Ability to evaluate business issues and prioritize activities

·         Strong and timely communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred requirements

·         Existing knowledge and/or relationships within the Automotive Diagnostic Tools industry

·         Minimum 5 years of related industry experience, knowledge of Aftermarket service tool business and tool and equipment industry

·         Technically competent with Automotive Technology (OBDI, OBDII, TPMS)

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field

·         English skill or at least fluent Spanish still
