Knowledge: 
Change Management experience.
Have experience with organizing SAP Training for super users and end users.
Change Impact Assessment.
Communication plan and able to work directly with the client.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive and great coordination skills.
At least 4 years of Change Management experience
