Customer Support Engineer RA – Radio Controller (BTS/mcBSC) 

Atividades: 

MANDATORY Experience with Commissioning and Integration of Nokia mcBSC (uploading/programming Datafill and Parameters). 
· Acts as Care/NI BSC Engineer during mcBSC activation and Site Modernization and Rehoming to new mcBSCs. 
· Responsible to TRACK mcBSC and BTS performance, delete rehomed sites, creating neighbor relations and performing troubleshooting and fall back if necessary. 
· Provides technical assistance to the regional Care and Implementation managers to provide local support to customers. 
· Provide emergency call-out support as required. 
· Supports and Executes on field services such as Nokia mcBSC Commissioning/Integration, Expansion, Traffic Rehomes, Network Retunes, and feature activations as required. 

Provides additional Nokia mcBSC Technical Support to customers: 
· Troubleshooting problems after-hours in the customer networks. 
· Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of network expansions. 
· Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of mcBSC SW maintenance. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
· BSc Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent 
· 5 years experience Nokia BSCs and mandatory experience in Nokia mcBSC equipment Commissioning/Integration and/or technical support. 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: 
· Strong knowledge and experience in Nokia BSC/mcBSC Implementation/Commissioning/Integration Services and customer interface. 
· Good communication, management, and leadership skills. 
· Self motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks. 
· Ability to interact with a variety of people and work well with others in a fast paced environment. 
· Strong customer communication skills. 
· Ability to work and learn independently.
