Customer Support Engineer Radio Access (HUAWEI WCDMA RAN)
Care/NI 3G RNC Engineer (HUAWEI): -MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides operational support to the Project Team: – MANDATORY Experience with Integration of HUAWEI RNC (uploading/programming Datafill and Parameters). Commissioning of HUAWEI RNC on field will be considered a plus.- Acts as HUAWEI RNC Engineer during 3G Site SWAP (eventually inside Customer NOC Premises), responsible to TRACK HUAWEI 3G PERFORMANCE, delete swapped sites, creating neighbor relations and performing troubleshooting and fall back if necessary. - Provides technical assistance to the regional Care and Implementation managers to provide local support to customers. - Provide emergency call-out support as required. - Supports and Executes on field services such as HUAWEI RNC Commissioning/Integration, Expansion, Traffic Rehomes, Network Retunes, and feature activations as required. Provides additional HUAWEI RNC Technical Support to customers: - troubleshooting problems after-hours in the customer networks. - Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of network expansions. - Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of RNC SW maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: BSc Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent - 3 years experience in HUAWEI RNC equipment Commissioning/Integration and/or technical support. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Strong knowledge and experience in HUAWEI RNC Implementation/Commissioning/Integration Services and customer interface. Good communication, management, and leadership skills. Self motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks. Ability to interact with a variety of people and work well with others in a fast paced environment. Strong customer communication skills. Ability to work and learn independently.
HUAWEI 3G RNC SUPPORT/IMPLEMENTATION/INTEGRATION SKILLS ARE MANDATORY. COMMISSIONING HUAWEI RNC ON FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED A PLUS.
