FM – Field Manager:
Activities:
· Responsible for overall equipment implementation performance in the customer project in region.
· Manage and coordinate the Implementation process according to agreed customer time schedule in region.
· Ensure site visits are done according to the project site process;
· Support in building up and maintaining an organizational structure in region and zone level for the project implementation team;
· Within the region, ensures clear communication interfacing among different functions (network planning, site acquisition and permitting, civil works, logistics, subcontractors);
· Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipment and site materials (CW and DC power materials separately by CW manager) in cooperation with the Logistics;
· Participate in reviewing of rollout and technical competence of service suppliers.
· Ensure adequate Quality and timely supply of the service supplier teams.
· When needed, should arrange training and assessment to service supplier teams.
Atividades em janela de manutenção.
Necessário conhecimento em BSC e RNC Nokia.
