Customer Support Engineer Radio Access
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides operational support to the Project Team
Commissioning of HUAWEI RNC on field will be considered a plus
Acts as HUAWEI RNC Engineer during 3G Site SWAP inside Customer NOC Premises, responsible to delete swapped sites, creating neighbor relations and performing troubleshooting and fall back if necessary.
Provides technical assistance to the regional Care and Implementation managers to provide local support to customers.
Provide emergency call-out support as required.
Supports and Executes on field services such as HUAWEI RNC Commissioning/Integration, Expansion, Traffic Rehomes, Network Retunes, and feature activations as required. Provides additional HUAWEI RNC Technical Support to customers
troubleshooting problems after-hours in the customer networks.
Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of network expansions.
Provides local support to our partners and customers in the planning and execution of RNC SW maintenance.
