Eng RF PLENO Design&Otimização 3G:
NPO Mobile Access Engineer - MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong knowledge of the Nokia 2G and 3G solutions (BSC/Abis, RNC/Iub/Iu dimensioning, Access features & parameter, Access performance monitoring). IP and ATM knowledge network planning will be a plus. NW Dimensioning including Nominal Planning, Topology Definition, etc. Multivendor Planning and Optimization support to NPO projects in access/transmission area. Planning the transmission site configuration in a transmission planning tool. Dimensioning of the BSS (BSC, PCU, ET) & RAN (RNC/Tellabs) hardware elements and interfaces (Abis/EDAP, Ater, Gb, Iub, Iur, IuCs, IuPs interfaces) according to capacity and quality requirements. Setting the specific transmission site parameters for the BSS (BSC) / RAN (RNC) and BTS/NodeBs to be integrated. RNC/BSC dimensioning. RNC/BSC configuration and parameters planning, delivering datafill files properly filled in for commissioning and integration. Knowledge on Access NW Performance Analysis based on OSS KPIs for 2G and 3G on Multivendor environment. A seasoned expert in 2G/3G Mobile Access planning and performance, with at least 5 years experience working in customer project and customer interface.
Conhecimentos de interface Abis/EDAP, Ater, Gb, Iub, Iur, IuCs, IuPs e dimensionamento de elementos de rede tais como BSS (BSC, PCU, ET) & RAN (RNC/Tellabs) são desejáveis. Local: Rio de Janeiro/RJ
