On behalf of our client, an Internet Startup in Berlin, we are currently
accepting resumes for the following
professional opportunity:
RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER (BERLIN)
To face their growing demand the company is looking for skilled Ruby on
Rails Developers to improve and
expand their company structure and processes. The company has 50+ employees
and heavily relies on IT to
support their various departments such as customer support, business
intelligence, sales and so forth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!
• Develop applications and software components in Ruby on Rails!
• Analyse, evaluate and improve existing systems!
• Create and execute new concepts!
YOUR PROFILE
• At least 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development!
• Proven experience in developing with Ruby on Rails - samples required!
• Experience in working on multilayered web applications!
• Solid knowledge of Git, development environments (ideally TDD) and
deployment systems!
• Team player, flexible and hands on mentality!
• Continuous integration and DRY are both familiar concepts!
• Knowledge of Linux / Mac, database technologies and Unit Testing !
• Degree or traineeship in Computer Science or similar field!
• Juniors are welcome if they can showcase working experience with Ruby on
Rails!
• Experience with other technologies (PHP, Python) is welcome but not
mandatory!
• Ideally knowledge of Dev Ops !
• English proficiency, spoken and written!
