A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Director, with a strong commercial background and strategic awareness, to join the ICLP team in Sao Paulo. 
The role
Client Services Director ("CSD") is a key position for a highly motivated individual with experience of integrated marketing communications (Loyalty, CRM, Data driven campaigns) combined with superb understanding of data and demonstrable experience and understanding of marketing communications strategy, both creative and operations. 
The CSD will also be expected to work with the General Manager/ Business Development Manager in defining new business and opportunity solutions targeted at defined sectors. The CSD will work closely with the GM to build client proposals (pitches). 
The CSD needs to be able to work in all phases of loyalty/CRM program- from consultancy on program design to program management.
The role requires strong leadership and people management skills to manage the office client service team at all levels as well as deal with different client stakeholders. 
Experience 
 Proven experience in working in a loyalty/CRM agency, part of which will be as an Account Director or similar.
 The CSD will have experience of the Loyalty/CRM communications landscape, coupled with the broader commercial landscape and will have the ability to consider and structure client and agency loyalty/CRM opportunities. 
 Strong experience in business Intelligence/Data analysis 
 Experience of leading an account management team.
 Proven experience in pitching/ presenting 
 Experience of handling/interacting with clients at all levels of seniority.
 Proven track record in account management and direction and experience of presenting loyalty and CRM solutions at a senior level as well as preparing and delivering new business pitches
 Experience in any of the following industry sectors is an advantage: Airline, Hotel and Retail
 Superior communication skills in both English and Portuguese (both written and verbal)
 Background: preferred graduation in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics
 MBA is an asset
