RF PLANNING
Job objective: Please introduce the main purpose of this position briefly and highlight the unique contribution of this position to the company
This position is southern south American region RF technical specialist, will support and guide region technical issue ,communicate( help or attend for regional project) high level customer meeting with RNP RNO technical issue, provide guidelines for regional radio network planning&optimizati on standards
Work Relationship: Please list the names of the superior position, the peer position and the subordinate position as well as the administrative reporting relationship and the business reporting relationship.
Key responsibilities: Please list the key 4~8 tasks/responsibilit ies in the order of importance with the results expected on completion of the task. To support and solve Radio network planning & Optimization projects of GSM / UMTS+HSPA 3G/ LTE technical issues

To communicate with the high level customer, RF Manager, CTO, CEO, etc

To write guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects.

Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), Network audit, etc

Requirements: Please list the required qualifications, educational degree, work experiences, special trainings, and other relevant competencies required for this position.
Educational degree:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area
Specialization:
Work experience:
At least 10 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience
Experience on technical specialist in one of big network planning (site design), optimization project
Tools experience for: RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc
.
Knowledge:
Excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, , UMTS+HSPA or LTE systems.
High competence in one of GSM,UMTS LTE RF propagation theory .
Excellent in multi vendors' wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
High competence in GSM, , UMTS+HSPA or LTE network optimization
GSM, WCDMA/HSPA network capacity management

Skills:
Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast paced working environment.
Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.
