Sales Account Manager position in Brazil (Non–Auto)

SABIC IP offers a Sales Account Manager position in Brazil (Non–Auto). This position reports directly to the Classic Americas Commercial Director.

Qualifications/Requirements:
·   Chemical, Mechanical or Material Engineering
·   Strong English / Portuguese proficiency, oral and written competence
·   Thermoplastic and Process knowledge
·   Two year previous experience in Sales or Technical Development activities
·   This position requires extensive travel by car and air.

Behavioral Requirements and Main Activities:
 - Ability to Manage, Develop and Grow moderately complex accounts and prospects for new business to increase Resins (Engineering Thermal Plastics) sales within an assigned territory.
- Negotiates prices and contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This position is responsible for the full sales cycle of our ETP resins in the Classic Segment accounts in Brazil, excluding the Auto and optical Media Markets.
- Drives sales of product portfolio to emphasize profitable growth of SABIC IP resins.
- Identify new, inactive or lost accounts - aligned to the Classic segmentation classification - where SABIC IP resins can be positioned.
- Build strong and sustainable customer relationships.
- Maintain a solid internal and cross-functional network in order to asses opportunities aligned to the appropriate Customer Segmentation Classification.
- Fully understanding of local regulations and costs to commercialize resins.
- Quick response to customer material, quotation and their general needs, result oriented, leadership, dynamics, energy and teamwork are considered critical abilities, as well of maturity to perform remote work under remote supervision.
