1. IDENTIFICATION:
Title of the Position: O&M REGIONAL MANAGER

Department: Professional service Dept of RJ Branch office
Reports to: Project director/Regional Professional service manager
2. MISSION:
Responsible for the regional O&M projects delivery ensuring consistency with
company strategy, commitments and goals. Perform control and ensure the
attendance of contracts KPI/SLA within the quality levels expected by its
customers, planning the optimized use of the structure, both human and
material resources.
3. EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE POSITION:

1. Have at least 3 years O&M project delivery experience, implement the
project under contract scope; knows how to management FLM and NOC team;
2. Commitment profile, dedicated and target oriented, have good team
management skills;
3. Responsible for customer satisfaction, have good communication
skills, delivery project under SLA request;
4. Supervise and approve the budget allotted for the regional
operations.
5. Handle the team in various planning and execution of the operations.
6. Analyze problems and methodical approaches to maximize the
efficiency of the operations.
7. Take necessary actions for violations and inconsistencies done by
the team members under supervision.
4. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
1 – Lead the planning of project of a particular region.
2 – Manage project budget of a particular region.
3 - To provide exceptional support and listen to our customers.
