• Review the tax data prepared by fiscal and accounting staff
to ensure the accuracy of the tax data. Ensure the regular tax filing and
reports on time.
• Review the tax data of the payment made to our supplier
and ensure the tax amount withheld properly
• Review and modify the current
tax compliance control system of the company to avoid any potential tax penalty
and risk
• Act in line with Tax Planning guidelines
• Handle the tax audit
cases raised by tax authority, cooperate with tax consultant and negotiate with
the tax authority to get the audit cases solved
• Support to ERP system
implementation and maintenance
• Strong and solid experience in indirect
taxes ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS
• Familiar with Fiscal SPED- Accounting SPED
and all tax returns
