Manager of Foreign Trade

Position: Manager of Foreign Trade

Report Level: Commercial Director
Workplace: Interior of São Paulo

Main Challenges
Manage sales teams of foreign trade area that includes the following tasks:

 Manage the Department of Foreign Trade as organizational structure, involving human resources, material and financial resources in order to achieve planned results, encouraging interdepartmental relationships in search of synergy.
 Develop and motivate the team, identifying training needs, providing feedback on improving performance and getting results from the departments involved, working on team spirit, seeking the best possible performance in pursuit of established goals.
 Track sales channels, ensuring the ideal capillarity and easy access to customers and distributors of products and services abroad.
 Prepare the Marketing Strategic Planning as well as its budget, to ensure full utilization of the resources with the best results.
Set performance indicators to analyze, monitor and implement preventive and corrective actions.
 Manage the Company´s brand image, both within the company, with employees and externally, in events that represent the same.
 Establish contacts with international institutions of the dental profession, financial, educational and government in order to seek better business opportunities.

Commercial Activities

 Take care of company's relationship with its dealers, suppliers and external partners, while maintaining an environment of respect, ethics and collaboration between all parties.
 Negotiate and attend with all distributors and international customers in their business demands, technical and other possible applications concerning the progress of business and relationship with the Company.
 Support sales managers, traders and its assistants in their negotiations with distributors and customers, guiding, limiting or allowing businesses in order to prioritize the interests and profitability of the business.
 Participate with the sales team of procurement processes in several Countries.
 Organize and participate in fairs, conferences and conventions with or independent distributors.
 Develop and motivate staff, identifying training needs, providing feedback on improving performance and achieving results in the department, motivating and working team spirit.
 Evaluate the professional performance of team and individual, in accordance with established procedures, in order to group development and achievement of results and strategies of the department.

 Internal Market Trade, involving the gravel of Resellers/Representatives and Subsidiaries
 Commercial Foreign Market
 Marketing
 Vatech - Equipments
 New Markets

Scholarship

Business Administration, Economic Sciences background is desired

Experience
Experience in medical equipment, dental, hospital or similar
Desirable Knowledge of International Trade Law and Consumer rights
Business Management / Strategic Planning
Procedures for public tenders
Documents and routines of foreign trade
International Logistics
Financial system and international means of payment
Fluent in English is mandatory, and Spanish is desired
