Job Title: Global Marketing Development Sr. Manager
Mission
Provide quality leadership and support to high priority project regarding Coconut segment (products and its by-products), including the development of market surveys, strategic and operational plans. To ensure business objectives and strategic goals are met through the development, adoption and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to maximize current business opportunities and commercialize new business opportunities
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Engineering, Business Administration; Science‘s degree. Marketing, Management and similar;Strong statistical knowledge;
A minimum of 10 years of product marketing experience;
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in foods & beverages markets,A minimum of 10 years of experience leading new product commercialization cross functional teams.
English (fluent) / Spanish (desirable) / others are appreciated.
Remuneration - attractive package!
Standard package benefits: Car equivalent to R$ 60.000,00, such as Toyota Corola with insurance, Top Health Plan, Parking, Mobile phone and Notebook.
Bonus: 2 to 4 salaries a year, depending on the performance.Type of contract: CLT.  Travel demand: domestic and international (Europe, US and Asia) when necessary. Occasional meetings with the Chairman and the Chief Executive.
