de Implantação de Softwares – preferencialmente em Mediação, Interconexão,
Billing, OSS / BSS

Project Manager JUNIOR

Responsibilities:

· Role within the CALA Professional Services Regional team. Working
with project delivery in the region.

· Provides active leadership to the project team in complex projects
generally involving more than one Company product.

· Communicates with external clients to determine specific
requirements and expectations; manage client expectations. When necessary
perform timely escalation.

· Creates and manages estimates, work tasks, project plan, project
schedule, resource allocation and expenses to ensure project financials,
scope and timeline targets are reached.

· Works with the relevant Companies Resource Managers for project
staffing and resource releases.

· Follows the project life cycle methodology defined within the
Company process framework.

· Responsibility for maintaining positive and ongoing relationships
with clients.

· Ensures that committed customer deadlines are met within project
budgets.

· Plans and integrates the work of multiple teams on a project.

· Provides input and feedback on project team member performance.

· Identifies issues and risks in a timely manner and prepares
appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.

· Reports project status in a timely and accurate manner following
Company processes and templates

Skills and Knowledge:

· Extensive understanding and experience within the Telecom and IT
industry.

· Project Management skills and a broad understanding of project
management principles

· Strong level of analytical problem solving skills to identify and
diagnose problems and issues

· Leadership skills with ability to lead project teams.

· Strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) to interact with
team members and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor Degree or similar in Information Technology, Computer
Science or Telecommunications

· Minimum 7 years IT/Telecommunicatio
ns industry experience.

· Minimum 5 years project management experience in managing large
customer implementation projects.

· Experience in consulting environment with significant client contact.

· Project Management certification preferred.

· Language proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
