Reports to : Marketing Manager for LATAM and Caribbean Brazil General Manager



Work place : Campinas - SP



Pairs : Sales Manager



Subordinates : 1 Marketing Specialist



Academic background / Knowledge : Degree in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred.

Strong financial skills with ability to manage a budget and drive sales and profit objectives.



Foreign Languages : Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese. Spanish and French are plus.



Experience : 4-8 years of demonstrated leadership and expertise in brand building and marketing, preferably with a powersports or motorsport companies.

Has participated and executed annual marketing plans, including Print, TV, Digital and consumer promotion planning.



Responsibilities and duties: For managing positioning and strategies for all brands in Brazil, and build brand equity leading to increased sales and market share for all product lines.



• Execute annual brand strategy for Brazil

• Recommend go-to-market strategies, principles, and guidelines

• Develop online, offline and community strategy

• Oversee PR activities and product launches for all brands

• Manage key regional shows & events activities

• Manage the definition, design, generation and evolution of reports,analysis and insights in order to deliver a high level of satisfaction among the leadership team with respect to marketing program performance.

• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns through tracking & reporting, analysis and ROI optimization.

• Assist in the preparation of various publications, such as commercial policy books, budget presentations, business reviews, etc

• Identify opportunities, conduct research, and obtain management approval with fact based business proposals and lead to successful execution;

• Lead development of consumer communications and promotions in collaboration with advertising agency.
