GENERAL MANAGER

Skills and abilities required:
• Experience in the material handling industry.
• Focused on project management or sales.
• Experience with service and after sales services for capex equipment.
• Track record of leading teams / divisions / company.
• P&L responsibility.
• Worked with import of equipment into Brazil / South America.
• Experience of working for European companies.
• Fluent in English and / or German.
• Ideally experienced in selling and / or implementing of warehouse management software (SAP and / or proprietary solutions).
• Strategic thinker who can translate longterm goals into clear, achievable and transparent near term goals and actions.
• Able to develop a growth and go-to-market strategy together with German parent company for the Brazilian market.
• Able to identify, hire, and motivate professionals in the local market.
• Willing to relocate to the area of Campinas.
• Willing to spend at least 4 months for onboarding prior to starting work in Brazil.
• Capable to create, build and maintain professional relationships with executives at partner and customer companies.
• Experience in creating and managing a network of partner / supplier companies in order to execute successful logistic projects and provide high quality service support to customers.
• Clear and structured communicator.
• Entrepreneur.
