The position will:
Define and ensure implementation of the Strategic Talent Acquisition Plan for Brazil
Define a robust, innovative and cost effective R&S process
Be the key driver to proactively deliver on permanent hiring needs across all units in the country.
Manage the recruitment process from posting and sourcing the role until offer acceptance in close collaboration with the Hiring Manager, HRBP and Compensation / Talent Management.
Be responsible for the quality of the candidates presented to the Hiring Manager and the timeliness of their presentation.
Be focused on proactive direct hiring in line with business growth strategy.
Participate or lead recruitment projects (in conjunction with prioritization efforts across the region) including projects to increase the recruiting capability of hiring managers (e.g. interview toolkit).
Manage the relationship with third party vendors
Lead branding efforts
Effectively Manage the local R&S team
Requirements:
5-8 years of progressively responsible recruiting experience in the Talent Acquisition function
Experience working in fortune ranked companies (or large Brazilian companies).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, a Master´s degree is desired.
Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish required
Experience leading, managing and developing high performing recruiting teams
Proven track record of developing, marketing and implementing successful recruiting initiatives.
