Key responsibilities:
Importance Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing process, negotiation in contract for Network Roll Out services (Civil Infra Structure, Installation of BTSs, radios, Mini Links, EDA and CORE).
Responsible for supply hunting, preparation de RFx, negotiation and contract for all implantation services for celular and wire network.
Responsible for Projects with BTSs, links and BSCs/MSCs.
Responsible for supply performance and quality, scorecards, etc…
1. Responsible for O&M Project results regarding SLA and KPIs
2. Responsible for O&M Project results regarding costs, revenue and margin
3. Responsible for the start up of new O&M Projects
4. Responsible to manage all O&M local staff
5. Support to BID and Sales Team
6. Customer needs understanding
Requirements:
Educational degree: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Work experience: O&M of Network Management Center and Field Maintenance,Project Management of O&M and network deployment, start up of Wireless Network.
Knowledge: Project Management of Operations and Maintenance
Skills: Leadership, Management of people, Business Development, Confident,Loyalty, Good communication, Fluent English, Technical knowledge of Telecommunications Systems
