GERENTE DE TRANSAÇÕES IMOBILIÁRIAS
Responsible for supervising all steps in the corporate real estate delivery process.

1. Develops and coordinates project requirements including client goals & objectives;
2. Interfaces with clients, building owners, property managers and real estate brokers. Prepares lease activity updates, regular financial reports, and validates invoices;
3. Ensures that client's corporate guidelines are followed with respect to real estate services delivery including but not limited to; lease and purchase negotiations and administration, design, construction, and move processes;
4. Implements follow-up programs with correspondence, visual presentations, etc. using existing templates and developing new materials appropriate for particular situations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. CRECI License.
Corporate real estate or similar experience in managing a major RE portfolio. Substantial leasing experience. Solid track record of reducing occupancy costs and managing corporate real estate licensing and tenant construction issues, including zoning. Extensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, and disposition of major corporate owned assets. Fluent in English.
