Zendesk customers include Twitter, Lonely Planet, SAP and Rackspace. We are now ready to expand our outreach and sales efforts to a new level by bringing on a dedicated sales-professional. As we grow our customer base, we want to ensure that we’re providing the highest level of attention to our conversion process.
Description:
Zendesk is looking for an experienced sales person or account manager to drive conversions. The sales person we’re looking for will be technically savvy and provide an added level of support in helping our largest prospects to get the full benefit out of their Zendesk trial. We’re looking for someone who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing inside sales and polished presentation skills. This individual will drive conversion rates and provide the best sales experience possible for our customers. The ability to manage many accounts and efficiently convert the maximum number to paid is key.
Requirements:
* 5-years inside sales or account management experience
* Work experience at a technology product or services company or a company that serves the software industry
* Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
* A passion for social media or web-based software
* An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
