Technical Support Manager - RJ
Universo RH, in partnership with a large multinational company that is active in telecommunications segment, is seeking a Technical Support Manager to work in Rio de Janeiro.

The professional we seek must have the following profile:

Previous experience in managing Technical Support staff
Experience from Telecommunication company as Technical Support Manager or Coordinator
Knowledge of networking and/or telephony is mandatory, and VSAT communication is considered an advantage
Good understanding of a "service and support business" in a high tech environment from a Supplier or Operator point of view
Strong verbal and written communication skill in Portuguese and English are mandatory, and fluency will be checked

Our ideal candidate will also:

Demonstrate leadership abilities and be achievement oriented
Have an excellent analytical and problem solving skill, combined with ability to provide quick resolution to problems
Be customer support oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration and adaptively
Have proven experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
