MANAGING DIRECTOR - SÃO PAULO - BRAZIL

Leading international machine manufacturer for the Glass,- Cement-, Mining and Steel industry needs an Executive coming from the special machine building Industry to take over a plant in Brazil near São Paulo/Sorocaba.

You will be responsible for:

o Active Sales and Key Account Management in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru;
o Direct responsibility for a Team of 25 employees + Production;
o Definition of a Product Mix, Marketing strategy, Sales Targets;
o Development of a Business Plan, control of Key Figures, Budget, Forecast;
o Profit and Loss, personnel;
o Engineering support, technical advice to internal and external costumers;
o Evaluation of capital equipment investments;
o Compliance with internal company standards;
o Compliance with local legislation and tax regulations.

A degree mechanical engineering highly appreciated. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Candidates must have experience with B2B sales of capital goods to the mining, glass, ceramic, steel, pulp & paper industry or foundries. Reporting directly to the Chairman abroad. Remuneration, Bonus and Benefits are fully in line with the responsibility of the position.
