Must haves:
>Lives in NYC area
>experience growing an ecommerce business in Brazil
>Dynamic, entrepreneurial executive
>Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus)
>Lived in Brazil within last 10 years strongly preferred
>Experience as a General Manager or Senior Marketing Executive
>strong financial and operational capabilities
>Experience leveraging a matrix organizational structure preferred
>Experience with online marketing optimization in Brazil
>Experience driving conversion and retention through SEO, SEM, Display and Email
>Able to create forward thinking concepts across interactive and traditional media
>Exceptional communication and project management skills
>Capable of serving as evangelist for benefits of global localization
>Experience in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment is a plus
>Proactive, sound judgment and decision making abilities
>Analytical, problem solving skills
>Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines,
>Experience producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude
>Able to travel up to 15% a year
>Ideally worked for an Internet/ e-Commerce or Startup Tech company
>Person able to act as General Manager-- wear multiple hats
>Experience with developing a strategy and implementing a business development plan for an internet company would be ideal
