Seeking Subsidiary Manager for Agro-business company SP, Brazil
A leading global Agro-business (hybrid seeds) company, is looking for Subsidiary Manager in SP, Brazil

Professional Responsibilities:
Responsibility for all managerial & administrative aspects of the subsidiary.
Preparation and management of the annual budget (sales and expense budget).
Management of R&D activities.
Management of Product Development and promotion activities.
Management of Sales & Marketing activities, including:
Market analysis and definition of segments for sales.
Preparation of a three-year sales plan, including goals.
Launching new products according to long term sales plans.
Managing the area sales coordinators
Alliances with distributors and sub-distributors (management level).
Preparation of a three-year stock forecast.
Constant interfaces with the company head quarter's officers.
Maintain contact with legal & accounting advisors

Management Responsibilities:
To manage a team of 10 employees, including: Area sales coordinators, administrative manager, Product Development team, R&D coordinator.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.A. in Business Administration
Agronomic knowledge – an advantage
Managerial experience of at least 5 years.
Work experience with distributors and sub-distributors.
Experience in agricultural inputs sales - must, preferably seeds.
