Senior Financial Manager - Recife
Our client is a multinational company starting a new plant in Recife, PE.

This position belongs to the Management level, reporting to the President of the Group

The responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and coordinate all company accounting records and financial statements and position forecasts, annual budgets, and reports required by local and IFRS;
- Oversee and assure compliance in Taxation matter;
- Analyze and interpret operating results and financial statement trends;
- Review and develop internal financial controls to ensure integrity of financial data, protection of corporate assets, and adherence of corporate policies;
- Analyze and interpret operation results and recommend plans to improve financial performance;
- Perform cash management activities and establish relationship with local banks
- Play a leading role in evaluating and implementing changes to improve processes within the organization;

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
This professional should have a solid experience in the financial management area, preferably in a multinational company, and must have a strong strategic vision combined with a very hands-on attitude, fluent English, advanced Spanish.
