PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To work within the Account team on various programmes and projects for ICLP São Paulo, and to provide support to the team when required to respond to Client briefs. To be able to actively source, develop, negotiate and contract with the `right match' of partner both on a domestic and continental basis. The type of partner will often come from the travel, retail, dining or lifestyle sector and may vary from being either a reward or redemption partner, or required to simply provide an offer or value-added benefit on behalf of 3rd parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To respond to client pitches and briefs
• Identify third party suppliers who provide a match against the scope of work.
• Investigate and proactively source new partner opportunities against client brief.
• Presentation of findings in clear, concise manner according to set timelines.
• To provide support when required at client pitches and meetings.

2. Manage client partner programmes
• Manage the relationships with the third party suppliers (day to day management plus training and review when required)
• Negotiate new partners and renew current agreements against set timelines

3. Manage Partnership Executives in their day to day work and development

4. Build the network of partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE:
• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years product development/partnership marketing experience or equivalent in both international and domestic markets
• Mandatory: excellent English and Spanish skills
• Track record of introducing new products/partner services or enhancements, on budget and on time
• Experience in product/partner development in B2B and B2C markets
• Experience in contractual negotiations and developing new partnerships and alliances
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• High level of numeracy and commercial awareness
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
• Highly organised and self-disciplined approach to working
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

DESIRABLE:
Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• Loyalty programme enhancements
• Financial services
• Travel sector
