Our client is a multinational group focused in the healthcare market, the company designs, manufactures and markets operatory equipment and instruments. It is pursuing a focused strategy aimed at improving organic growth and increasing market share.
Total headcount for the business in Brazil is 400 employees approximately.

Position : HR Manager

Reports to : President (Brazil) and HR VP for the Group (based abroad)

Subordinate areas: Compensation, Labor and Union Relationship.
Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication. Safety Technicians (Environment, Safety, Medical) Organizational Development (Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, Succession planning, etc.)

Work place : Joinville, SC

Academic background: An undergraduate degree is required. MBA in Human Resources is desirable.

Experience: A minimum 4 years of HR management experience in multinational
companies, the ideal candidate is a generalist with his/her strength in Organizational Development, Training, Talent Management and
Succession planning. Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies.

Main initial challenges: Quickly learn about the company's businesses and its processes. Partner with the President in Brazil and help him conduct changes in
the leadership style.

Position Summary : Responsible for establishing and leading a HR strategy aligned to the Business one and delivering innovative and customer-oriented
Human Resources solutions helping the company to achieve its
goals in a sustainable way and build a world-class team.

Responsabilities: Support the expansion of the Business Units in the region providing strategic HR planning in order to attract, retain and develop Talents
for the company. Translate business strategy into HR people strategies and tactics. Establish and deploy metrics for HR processes. Determine financial impact of HR strategies on the business. Consult with BU Leaders and managers on HR-related issues through a business partnering model. Demonstrate value added by providing proactive HR solutions that are based on knowledge of BU employees and BU objectives. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement
employee engagement and acting as a change agent. Increasing Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services, including: workforce planning, Hiring, total compensation, training & development, performance management, health, medical and enviromental. Ensure compliance with corporate human resources requirements an local law for managing people. Provide day-to-day coaching for HR professionals and ensure that HR talent is continuously being developed.
Manage the HR budget.

Perspectives for this position :The HR Manager is expected to help the Group grow in Brazil and will have the chance to contribute with strategies and implementation of plans and actions related to people management. This context may build future opportunities.
