At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing.An MBA and a strong foundation in Sigma Logic is desirable. Proven ability to build strong work relationships, promote teamwork and build trust and respect. This person should have effective organizational and multi tasking skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this job would be one that has broad breadth of business/marketing experience and having finance experience (minimum 5 years) . This person must be self motivated and work with a high degree of autonomy. This person should have a good learning agility to learn new concepts, new tools, etc. that are required to be successful in this position. The ability to develop others is essential. Prior experience in the filed of purchase would also be desirable.English is essential and Spanish desirable.
