3G RF Optimization Engineer

Premcell provides network planning services to several vendors and operators
globally. We are looking for a Nokia experienced 3G Nw Optimization
Engineer.

This engineer will:

. Perform design and performance activities in customer projects
independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance;

. Provide support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his
field of expertise;

. Operate in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the
job and possesses service excellence awareness;

. Report the progress of work to project management / line management

Main tasks are:

. Network design

. Efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal
and external troubleshooting tools

. Field Measurements Analysis & Initial Tuning

. Network and/or service optimization.

Candidate must have a degree in Telecom or IT related subject. Homebase for
the project is Rio de Janeiro. Six (6) months contract.
