Position: Procurement Engineer for engineering service in Telecom field

Work place: Campinas

Responsibilities: (main in infra/OSP service in telecom field)

Identify, select and engage with right suppliers to match Telecom project
delivery requirement with low cost and good quality.

1. Supplier sourcing and qualification;

2. Request for quotation, contract negotiation;

3. Supplier relationship management;

4. Support the bidding to client;

5. Other procurement issue.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil work, telecommunication, construction or
relevant major;

2. At least 4 years experiences in telecom field;

3. Good understanding about supplier in infra/telecom service field;
good understanding about market quotation in infra/telecom service field;

4. Good oral expression, presentation ability; Effective
communication, negotiating skills;

5. Fluent English skills;

6. Good computer operation skills, especially in excel, powerpoint;
