SENIOR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (HCM)



- Job Responsibilities: responsible for collecting business requirements, doing fit-gap analysis, Proposing work around for gaps, preparing Functional specs, User manuals and user training guides.

Modules: Performance Management, eRecruiting



- Qualification: MBA in HR with min 4-5 years in SAP HCM functional consultant role. Persons with line HR experience of 1-2 years preferred. Should have a minimum of 2 implementation cycle experience in SAP HCM in ECC 6.0



- Location: São Paulo State (130km from the City of São Paulo)



- Project duration: 1 year





PROJECT MANAGER (HCM)



- Job duties and Responsibilities: responsible for collecting business requirements, lead fit-gap workshops, providing solutions, leading functional design, propose alternate models and lead and direct a team of functional consultants



- Modules: All modules of HR including Performance Management, eRecruiting, Time, PA, OM



- Qualification: A MBA in HR with min 10 years in SAP HCM functional role. Should have functional lead role in at least 2-3 large multi country rollout projects



- Location: São Paulo State (130km from the City of São Paulo)



- Project duration: 1 year
