NOC Engineer/NOC Back office Engineer - Northern

We are looking for NOC engineers and NOC back office engineers with any of the following experience

Location: Northern Europe
Duration: 2 years

•24/7 Shift Schedule i.e. frontline, 2G & 3G Ericsson and or Nokia
•Monitoring the functionality of the System for Mobile Communication network.
•Monitoring UMTS network, e.g. RNC, RBS, MGW, GGSN, SGSN.
•Configuration of BTS and troubleshooting of BTS at initial level while commissioning.
•Performing first line maintenance, tests and diagnosis of faults.
•Identification of alarms and alarm handling.
•Site access management (Security).
•Ensuring escalation of faults and maintaining records of the same.
•Performing routine procedures on various network elements e.g. database back ups, routine savings and roaming testing.
•Effect minimum systems configuration in accordance to approved engineering works orders.
•Maintenance of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS)

Norwegian or Swedish Candidates preferred
